It is the thing that makes a person say,“I don't wanna leave" or “This place feels like home." While I certainly encourage clients who have the resources to upgrade their kitchens and bathrooms, it is generally no substitute for the sweet comforting smells and colors of home staging. Without staging, a home can feel cavernous and lonesome. So Realtor’s, don't hesitate to encourage your clients to stage their homes. Though staging comes at a cost for most homeowners, Realtors know better than anyone the difference in a potential buyer's response when you take them to a staged property compared to an unstaged property. Suddenly buyers are more open to the possibility. They are more curious, more engaged and more aware. They are more relaxed and comfortable.
